Claudia Colvin is a People and Talent leader with a Founder background, helping startups scale from early stage to 100+ employees. She’s helped scale startups in London, Barcelona, Turkey and fully remote, and has advised several early stage startups in Belgium. Passionate about boosting the Belgian startup ecosystem, she is the host of Allez Startups, a podcast spotlighting Belgian startup founders.
Claudia will focus on the themes of performance management, employee growth and scaling the role of founders.
Jonathan Schockaert is the co-founder and CEO of Ring Twice, the Belgian marketplace that connects individuals and professionals for trusted local services. Entrepreneur for over a decade, Jonathan is driven by the positive impact that comes with the growth of the company (on its users, on team members, and on the ecosystem as a whole).
