Scaleup Masterclass

We understand that plans can change and unexpected circumstances can arise, and
we strive to be as flexible as possible while ensuring the smooth organization of our
Scaleup Masterclass. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:

1. Participant Cancellation

• More than 4 weeks before the start date: Full refund, minus a 5%
  administrative fee.
• 2-4 weeks before the start date: 50% refund of the participation fee.
• Less than 2 weeks before the start date: No refund or possibility to use the
  registration fee for enrollment in the subsequent masterclass

2. Exceptional Circumstances
In the event of serious and unforeseen personal circumstances causing a last-minute
cancellation, the participant will be offered a refund minus a 5% administrative fee.
Supporting documentation may be requested.

3. Substitutions
If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a replacement participant from your
company at no additional cost, subject to approval.

4. Organizer Cancellation
In the unlikely event that we must cancel the Scaleup Masterclass (e.g., insufficient
participants, force majeure), participants will receive a full refund of the participation fee.
